"The Gold, The Silver and The Grey" was created by using photo references taken by the naturalist Bill Steer, founder of the ecology centre in Mattawa. The painting shows a conflict among the wolves, the ball eagles and the golden eagle for a share of a prey. The deer is not shown and not needed to understand the confrontation happening here. The original is sold but limited giclée prints on wrap canvas are now available. Size 40" X 17". The 18" X 7" size is a decorative print.
